Rosselet: Epigrammata
Epigrammata by Claude Rosselet (1537)
The poems are written in a variety of meters, and I might find a few distichs here I can use. Of course I like this one!
De corvo tacito iuxta canoram lusciniam
Corve, obmutescis prudens, dispendia linguae
Conqueritur cantans dum philomena suae.
