Junius: Emblemata et Aenigmata
Emblemata et Aenigmata by Hadrianus Junius (1565)
Hadrianus Junius is best known for his wonderful collection of Greek proverbs: Adagia: Proverbiorum, paroemiarum et parabolarum omnium collectio absolutissima (1643; Google Books edition). Unfortunately the Google Books scan is not the best for the image quality, but the book is very readable, with just a few blurry pages. Note that the commentary on the emblems comes after the presentation of the emblems, which are 58 in number. The riddles are 44 in number, and there is a poem which prefaces the riddles which contain their solutions.

Bornitz: Symbola et Emblemata
Symbola et Emblemata by Jakob Bornitz (1680)
Here is the full title of the book from the title page: "Centuria exquisitissimorum Symbolorum et Emblematum historiarum Sacro-Prophanarum Moralium et Politicarum Cultoribus per quam utilis et necessaria ex eruditissimis prisci et moderni saeculi auctoribus collecta quae propter illorum praestantiam tamquam continuatio famosi Ioachimi Camerarii intitulari potest." Each emblem is illustrated, accompanied by a Latin distich along with a Latin essay, following the model established by Camerarius in his four "Centuriae" of emblems on natural history topics.
You can find a different edition, with the emblems neatly outlined in the letters of the motto text at the University of Mannheim CAMENA project. There is also a wonderful online edition as part of the Emblem collection at the Herzog August Bibliothek.

Camerarius: Symbolorum ac Emblematum Centuriae
Symbolorum ac Emblematum Ethico-Politicorum Centuriae Quatuor by Ioachimus Camerarius (1697)
This is a beautiful edition, over 800 pages long, of all four of Camerarius' emblem books: 1. trees and plants; 2. animals; 3. birds and insects; and 4. fishes and reptilles. Unfortunately, because of the size of the book, some of the pages are hard to read, especially at the beginning and end of the book. Where the pages are hard to read in this edition, you can compare them with this less attractive edition of the same book published in 1668, along with a very attractive edition of 1668. There is a beautiful edition online at the Internet Archive, too.

Here is the complete title: De symbolica aegyptiorum sapientia: in qua symbola, aenigmata, emblemata, parabolae historicae, apologi, hieroglyphica ex Horo Appolline, Clemente Alexand., S. Epiphanio, Symposio poėta, cum notiis et obseruationibus, itemque Polyhistor Symbolicus et parabolarum hist. Stromata Libris XII complectens. This is an enormous book and, unfortunately, it means that some of the page scans are blurred at the margins, although the book is basically quite readable. The historical "parables" are delightful! There is a 1623 edition which provides a better scan, although it does not contain as many appendices.
